PAM, the new Pharma Assembling Machine

Developed through G.D’s expertise in automation and assembly, in close cooperation with GF, the PAM machine was first showcased at Pack Expo Chicago 2024 and later at Pharmapack Europe 2025, receiving significant acclaim.
The PAM is the first automatic pharmaceutical machine for assembling auto-injectable pens and self-medical devices to be included in GF product portfolio. It is a modular and flexible platform capable of handling micro-components fed from trays, reels, or in bulk, offering extensive adaptability to production needs.
This versatility allows the machine to cover a wide range of products on the market and improve process scalability. From a basic version, it can be upgraded to a complex configuration for large-scale production, capable of managing multiple components and functions with different cycle times.
Another distinctive feature of PAM is its ability to combine robotic solutions and electromechanical kinematic systems to achieve high speeds without compromising precision and quality, while maintaining a compact layout.
