Description
The BFM is designed for high-speed filling and stoppering of injectable solutions and syrups in glass and plastic bottles.
The machine reaches up to 150ppm (referring to 100ml container size) and treats from 50ml to 1000ml bottles.
Standardly integrated with upstream and downstream solutions, it can be equipped with different RAB systems and CIP/SIP dosing circuit.
Some highlights:
- Possible pre-gassing carousel before filling
- Possible nitrogen purging
- Two versions available: alternate linear model or continuous rotative model
- Statistical or 100% IPC available
