Our Service & Customer Care Department is highly attentive to all needs and requests, and the primary objective is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operation during the life cycle of the GF product. 

The department will be able to provide appropriate technical advice and ensure the necessary provide answers to your questions in an efficient manner, including on-site consultation.

GF Training


We support customers by providing mechanical and automation training, both on site and at GF headquarters.
During this training phase, following the installation of the machine, a separate manual will be prepared which will become another guideline to always use as a reference.

GF Documentation


Keeping documentation continuously updated, including documents and validation of the technical manual is the responsibility our dedicated Technical team involved in the documentation compilation and update.
Continuous co-operation with the customer develops documents step by step. We can provide manuals, Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification, Production Qualification, and Site Acceptance Test protocols.
