The BAG INSPECTION machine overcomes the difficulties related to the soft container itself. It is the ideal solution to inspect single-chamber bags with different shapes and sizes.The bags could be automatically fed in-line from the upstream equipment onto the conveyor belt by means of robots, which orient and transfer them to the main inspection carousel. It is also possible to consider manual loading, but in this case, the related speed depends on the operator's skills.The bags are inspected four times for particle detection with inverted positions up-side down. Moreover, each inspection station is equipped with high-resolution cameras and brand-new illuminators.Cosmetic inspections for container walls, caps and ports, and high-voltage leak detection unit are available.
